Help Shape the Future of Colorado BOCES Association!<\/h2>

The Colorado BOCES Association (CBA) is launching a membership-driven strategic planning process to create a shared vision and actionable roadmap for the future of our statewide organization.<\/p>

We are asking for your participation and voice to help ensure that the next chapter of CBA reflects the needs, priorities, and aspirations of BOCES across Colorado.<\/p>

This is about strengthening CBA\u2019s support of BOCES , amplifying our collective voice, and building sustainable, innovative opportunities for the students and communities we serve.<\/p>

Why Your Input Matters<\/h2>

CBA plays a critical role in:<\/p>

  • Advocating for BOCES at the state and federal levels<\/p><\/li>

  • Providing professional development and leadership support<\/p><\/li>

  • Offering technical assistance and resource-sharing opportunities<\/p><\/li>

  • Enhancing communication and public awareness<\/p><\/li>

  • Facilitating collaboration and collective impact across BOCES<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    How to Get Involved<\/h2>

    There are several ways to contribute to the strategic planning process:<\/p>

    • Complete the CBA Member Survey<\/strong>
      Your insights are vital! Please take 5\u20138 minutes to complete the CBA Member Survey and share your experiences and ideas.<\/p><\/li>

    • Participate in Focus Groups and Interviews<\/strong>
      Invitations will be sent for virtual and in-person focus groups based on your role and region. These conversations will dive deeper into how CBA can best support you.<\/p><\/li>

    • Stay Engaged through Regular Updates<\/strong>
      We will share progress at quarterly meetings, through email updates, and here on the website.<\/p><\/li>

    • Celebrate Milestones Together<\/strong>
      As we move through the planning phases, we will celebrate our collective progress \u2014 leading toward the unveiling of a new Strategic Plan in summer 2026.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      What\u2019s Next<\/h2>

      • June 2025:<\/strong> Survey launch and focus groups begin<\/p><\/li>

      • July 2025:<\/strong> Work session to gather Executive Director feedback during the Annual Meeting in Glenwood Springs, CO<\/p><\/li>

      • October 2025:<\/strong> Engagement report shared at membership meeting, develop core values and beliefs, review mission statement, and develop practical vision for the strategic plan at the Fall Quarterly CBA meeting<\/p><\/li>

      • February 2026:<\/strong> Revisit the work already completed, identify blocks and barriers to be addressed, and develop the strategic directions for the CBA Strategic Plan during the Winter Quarterly CBA meeting<\/p><\/li>

      • April 2026:<\/strong> Draft Strategic Plan reviewed at the Spring Quarterly CBA meeting; implementation planning continues through June 2026<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
