Colorado BOCES Association Announces Appointment of Dr. Ken Haptonstall as Co-Executive Director -April 21, 2025 — Denver, CO – The Colorado BOCES Association (CBA) is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Ken Haptonstall as Co-Executive Director, effective August 1, 2025. Dr. Haptonstall will join current Executive Director Dr. Dale McCall in a shared leadership model designed to ensure continuity, strategic growth, and enhanced statewide support for Colorado’s Boards of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES)
