Colorado BOCES

Strategic Planning Process

Help Shape the Future of Colorado BOCES Association!

The Colorado BOCES Association (CBA) is launching a membership-driven strategic planning process to create a shared vision and actionable roadmap for the future of our statewide organization.

We are asking for your participation and voice to help ensure that the next chapter of CBA reflects the needs, priorities, and aspirations of BOCES across Colorado.

This is about strengthening CBA’s support of BOCES , amplifying our collective voice, and building sustainable, innovative opportunities for the students and communities we serve.

Why Your Input Matters

CBA plays a critical role in:

  • Advocating for BOCES at the state and federal levels

  • Providing professional development and leadership support

  • Offering technical assistance and resource-sharing opportunities

  • Enhancing communication and public awareness

  • Facilitating collaboration and collective impact across BOCES

Your feedback will directly shape how CBA evolves to better meet your needs and to strengthen the network of BOCES throughout Colorado.
